At KRSTN.nl, we have a transparent settlement model. On the one hand, there is a fixed element in it and on the other hand, there is a variable element.
We charge a monthly fixed cost starting at €699. This amount depends on how many ASINs (number of products) you offer and what the turnover rate of these products is and consequently how much we need to store in our warehouse. Also the number of listings we have to maintain, the Amazon Ads are all elements that determine the final monthly cost.
The monthly cost that is variable is called the performance fee. We charge this fee based on Income Minus Expanses (IME) and come from Seller Central. This includes the costs of Amazon (FBA costs & referral fee) and Amazon Ads. So with us you don't pay based on sales, because that would be too easy, but it's really a performance fee. The better we do (especially on the Amazon Ads piece) the better the performance is, and that's exactly what you want, right?
For the performance fee we charge up to 10%, again depending on the number of ASINs and the turnover rate of the products..
